This agreement is a legal contract between you and iKuuu VPN (the 'Service Provider') for downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App, related trademarks, or service content without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may reasonably adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce security and cause app issues.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also subject to those providers' terms and privacy rules.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when access fails due to unpaid mobile service, data limits, poor signal, carrier policy, regional network conditions, or similar circumstances. Mobile data charges and roaming fees remain the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Device battery depletion, operating system restrictions, third-party platform changes, or local network problems are outside our compensation scope. We work to maintain route information and app compatibility, but some network data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. For security and compatibility, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when required. The Service Provider reserves the lawful right to suspend or terminate service.

Technical Issues: Technical issues may occasionally affect service. We will work to fix them or provide alternatives, but a technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license, or digital access right is shared, resold, stolen, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for business or regulatory reasons. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
